One staff in particular had no customer service. I visited the location at shops at don mills on Dec 23rd around 10 am. It was my first time there and she asked me if I wanted mild, medium or hot. I selected mild and didn't realize mild was a tomato salsa. I'm not allowed to eat tomatoes so I tied her sorry I don't want that. Her response was " I asked you and that's what you said you wanted". I repeated that I didn't want that and she proceeded to stare me down. Eventually my daughter asked her if she can just remove it and she did but with quite alot of attitude. I believe I came to spend my money and I should get what I want. Anyways customer service is just not what it used to be. I will not be back to that location. Food wasn't even good either. Please treat your customers better.

I just left this location and got an adult taco beef. I asked the employee to put the hard shells separate from the toppings so it doesn’t get soggy like the kids meal. He got the kids container noticing that the shells wouldn’t fit. I told him it’s ok put one on the side. He did t listen and proceeded put all the toppings in the dressing container including the hot items! I mentioned I didn’t like the idea of hot food going into soft plastic and he still proceeded to do it. I asked him if that is the same amount of steak I would have gotten if I got it all together he said yes because it’s a 4oz container. I know from working in a kitchen just because the container size is 4 oz doesn’t mean that’s the weight of an item. So I asked him to weigh it. Instead of taring the container to get an accurate read he weighed it with the container. And indeed it was less. He said I’ll give you another ounce. And added some to another plastic container. He was friendly however active listening is needed and to slow down to ensure you understand what the customer is asking for. He could have just had one container for the shells and one container for toppings. Instead of wasting all that plastic and causing the plastic to melt in the hot food. I definitely got less food for $20 than I would have gotten if he used a regular container. A waste of money. I would have just got the kids meal. bro i went and ordered my bowl and i sat down to eat mid way through my meal i see a piece of meat in my bowl so i asked one of the works why is there a piece of meat there i cant eat meat he says when we make bowls it can happen.

I visited the Chipotle on Don Mills recently, and the experience wasn’t great. Most of the staff were okay, but one staff member was pretty rude throughout my order. The drink options were explained in a confusing way, and instead of helping, she seemed impatient. When I asked about the chip sizes, she laughed and made a comment to her coworkers about customers getting confused, which felt unprofessional since I was right there. I did understand the sizes I just thought they were out of the regular one. Her attitude made the visit uncomfortable, and I left feeling disappointed.
