  The WORST. PAID $6 for extra meat and they gave me like 1/4 of a scoop. When I said “I’m paying for extra meat” they just said “too bad.” Massive rip off. Manager is also useless

  This is the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle location. I visited earlier today with my mother, who is an immigrant and does not speak English fluently. I was assisting her with ordering and translating, which naturally takes a bit more time. Instead of being patient, the employee at the counter rushed her and was noticeably dismissive. More concerning was the portion size. My mother ordered only lettuce and protein (no rice or beans), and the amount of protein she was given was significantly smaller than a standard serving. It did not even appear to be a full scoop/ clamp. When I questioned it, the employee stated that this was the correct portion and that anything more would require paying for double meat. I frequent the Bloor Street location and have never received such a small portion for the same order (even 3 days ago). When I ultimately agreed to pay for double meat, the additional amount added still did not resemble a full second portion, despite being charged accordingly. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unkind throughout. I understand this is a fast-paced environment, but basic courtesy and consistency in portioning should still apply; especially when serving an older customer who may need a little extra time. The lack of patience and professionalism was disappointing.

  The customer service is honestly so horrible. They are just upright rude and angry 24/7. The food is always dry and does not look fresh. They barely put any food in the bowl and get angry when you ask for more. They work in a very slow pace. Unprofessional.
