- BKBrian KieransMar 5, 20261.0I walked in today to order and I left immediately when I saw a staff member cough right over the food barely covering their mouth. GROSS.
- CCClfrcaMar 4, 20265.0Food is good, the staff are good too. One thing to note is it does get rather busy during lunch time on a weekday, though I guess that's to be expected with any fast food restaurant in down town Toronto.
- FTF TFeb 26, 20263.0Popped in for a quick bite. Walked on an the atmosphere is one of the place inmates go for their last meal. The people taking my order were friendly enough but the burrito they made was sloppy and rushed, making it hard to eat. The person at the cash could easily be replaced by automation. She already had the personality down pat. Couldn't hear what she was saying, given the abusively loud music they were playing. So loud my digestion only resumed when I left. And when she was speaking it looked like she was talking to anyone but me.

Secondly and most importantly, this Chipotle store puts the least amount of quantity in the bowl compared to any other Chipotle store in GTA. It's like you pay almost $20 for a meal and you get half empty bowl of meat, beans and rice and angry faces for asking for sauces, cheese, veggies and lettuce. I don't blame the minimum wage workers working there, but I blame the Owner/Management of the store and Leadership of Chipotle who is making money from people for giving half a meal when promising a full meal in photos and advertisements.

My boyfriend and I typically get a veggie bowl to share and it feeds us fine, this time the bowl was not even half full. Had asked for extra beans and got less than half a scoop extra and everything else was rushed. Won't go back if this particular person is serving. Other employees helping out afterwards made bowls/dishes properly comparable to other locations. Some employees may need more training.
