I ordered a bowl from this Chipotle location and discovered a piece of plastic mixed in with the food. It wasn’t a tiny fragment, it was large enough to be a real choking hazard if I hadn’t noticed it. This completely ruined the meal and raised serious concerns about food safety here.Finding a foreign object in a ready-to-eat meal is unacceptable and suggests a breakdown in basic quality control. I’ll be hesitant to return, customers should feel confident that their food is being handled safely.

Thankfully, we were directed to a more competent worker who was far less focused on quick quips and smart answers. Perhaps a crash course on customer service plus remembering to utilize our auditory canals would be beneficial to some workers in this location.
