  I ordered from this restaurant through UberEats and found a hair in my food. It was extremely unhygienic and completely ruined my meal. Very disappointed with the food safety and quality control here. I won’t be ordering again unless they improve their cleanliness.

  The staff here appear to be trained toward having impersonal interactions. To the point, where while serving one customer, they are already addressing another. What’s the point of being overtly efficient and lose hospitality in the process. I don’t come to restaurants strictly for the food; I also come for the comfort, hospitality, ambience. I can gladly eat at home, FYI impersonal behavioural traits are gross.

  Visited Chipotle and had a really good experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was prepared just the way we wanted. We tried a variety of items — Jarritos, Mexican Cola, a burrito bowl, and quesadillas. Everything tasted great, especially the bowl which had a good balance of flavors and toppings. The quesadillas were warm, cheesy, and perfect for a quick bite. Jarritos and Mexican Cola were refreshing and paired well with the meal. Plenty of seating, clean environment, and the service was smooth even during busy time. Overall, a solid place for a quick, fresh, and satisfying meal. Would definitely visit again!

  I used to like Chipotle back in the days, but they have since gotten so stingy with the portions. I ordered double scoop for meat, and the lady at the counter served 3-4 pieces of meat, and even skimped out on the brown rice. (how much does a bag of rice cost?) Pretty shameful behavior after asking for 20$ for a lightweight bowl. Won't be shocked once we hear Chipotle is closing stores.

  Hate giving bad reviews but when the customer service experience is bad I just can’t let that slide. Unfortunately it was busy when we ordered our food but no excuse to treat your customers rudely. First guy who took our order seemed annoyed to be there and was greeted with no smile on his face. When I asked for a sofritas burrito he just wanted to get to the next person. Unfortunately the girl that helped me next you can see the sofritas was almost empty (based on the picture there was hardly anything in it) and didn’t get a new one from the back to fill up my burrito. My partner ordered a steak burrito and had his filled, so can’t help to compare the two. Even with the toppings I felt so rushed and flustered that I forgot to ask chips on the side. Overall, I couldn’t enjoy my food and wouldn’t come back here.
