  Ordered a burrito with double meat , guac and a side of red chimichurri via the uber pick up app , when I got home the burrito had no guac ,no double meat and no side of red chimichurri lol . On top of that I’ve been to this location a bunch of times and the size of burrito I received was half of what I usually get . I never complain but this is just ridiculous .

  The staff is worse they didn’t pack the food properly and they don’t have roasted veggies in stock when i ask they told it takes 10 minutes and their packing was worse and makes my clothes dirty

  It took me a while to make the decision on whether or not to post this. I work in the gym located near the store, a few months ago a colleague told me about the ability to order a side of rice for cheap if we're ever in a rush and cannot prep it. I've taken advantage of it multiple times. A few weeks ago I did the same, but this time I went with a colleague. She got the side of rice in the usual burrito bowl and I was surprised since I've always gotten just a small portion in the rounded container which is used for protein. I asked her if that's what they serve it in, turns out, yes, everyone in the office gets it in the burrito bowls. EXCEPT ME. I tried experimenting with it. Maybe it was just one staff member who did it, I asked for the bowl next time and got a measly amount of rice served in disgust. I've also had friends and colleagues go and order the rice for me because they have always been served a larger portion. I don't want to make any accusations, but the only difference between me and my colleagues is that I'm Indian. And they are not. Apart from clear racist bias, there is no other reason for such behavior from the staff members, the last time I was there I voiced my opinion about this and was told that it's pure standard practice to have it served in the small container. I had another colleague go down the next day to buy it and the same person served her a huge amount of rice in the bowl. Why the clear racial discrimination? If you wish to not serve to people of indian descent, just say so. I've always placed my order with a smile and never fail to thank the server. Strict action needs to be taken.

  I went to the restaurant on Sunday December 7,2025 around 6:40pm. The Atmosphere here is Not good seems like the management here treats their workers like slaves/disrespectful. I feel sorry for the workers. The Management needs discipline here ASAP. I believe they all should be terminated Immediately. Management to learn Ontario standard laws first Before getting the positions. I hope the higher up gets this message. Ontario labour board should see this. I am a regular. Thank you.
