I visited this location to order a steak bowl and was informed that the steak would take approximately 10 minutes to prepare. I indicated that I was happy to wait; however, the response from the staff member felt dismissive. I also requested a double portion of steak, which was acknowledged. When the food was ready, it took closer to five minutes, and the portion provided did not reflect a double serving. During assembly of the bowl, the amount of vegetables was limited, and the vinaigrette was not initially offered. I had to specifically request the dressing. This has unfortunately not been an isolated incident. On multiple prior visits, I was told that steak was unavailable, not due to a lack of inventory, but seemingly because additional meat was not being prepared. I arrived at the restaurant approximately an hour and a half before closing, so I expected the full menu to be available. Overall, the experience was disappointing and required unnecessary effort to receive items that should be standard. I hope this feedback helps improve service at this location
