- EEEdwardOct 28, 20252.0Conflicted. The morning staff, particularly the South Asian female who's name I cannot remember for the life of me, is always super pleasant and is able to recognize my face and order - even when it has been several months since I've visited! It's astonishing. On the flip side, with the most recent visit I've made, I was left dumbfounded - and left without picking up my order. Placed a presumably quick order for an ice cream and fries - nothing fancy; ideally expected to be able to pick up within 10 minutes of ordering. While waiting at the restaurant, noticed there was one female working around 6:33pm; seemed busy with an order and did not think too much about it; as two or three or customers arrived, another female with pink hair, and a male popped up from the back; as I approached the 10 minute mark, I asked if my order might possibly be ready - I was told "You're supposed to tell us when you're here for mobile orders. Otherwise we do not make them." That was the first, and only time I've ever heard this - from ANY restaurant/shop/place of establishment. When asked if it could be expedited since i was in a rush for a train and the fact we were approaching 15 minutes without the order starting, I was met with the most disgruntled comments between the two female staff: "Can you make this now. He's in a rush." By this time, I could not wait any longer, or chance waiting another hour for another train to get home. Left the order behind. Annoyed as that would have been my only "real food" after a 12 hour shift. And more so - conflicted - as the level of service and attitude is night and day. EDIT: Can I at least get a refund? Paid for a product that wasn't received.

I used a kiosk to order a whopper combo and specified that I would like no mayo, no pickles and ‘lite’ on other condiments. Request was completely ignored and I got a standard ‘loaded’ sandwich that I ended up throwing away. I guess you can’t “have it your way” at this location 🤷♂️
