    Poor service. Wait in line for 20 min to get my order. And it's not the one I ordered. Looking at the mess of their lineup, no interest to switch it.

    I ordered a Whopper sandwich and had to wait over 15 minutes. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only two employees working while the place was packed. They looked exhausted and overwhelmed, running back and forth — taking orders, making food, and serving customers all at once. It was obvious they were trying their best, but without enough staff or management support, they couldn’t handle the rush

    I am a Muslim and I cannot eat from this restaurant, but when I discovered the Impossible Whopper, I changed my mind. It tastes like meat, is delicious and tender, and now I am a fan of Burger King.

    Absolutely terrible. Two visits, two days, two disasters. First, I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken — looked nothing like the promo, no orange color, soggy bun, greasy mess, pickles dumped in one sad corner. They made me wait six minutes, promised the rest would still be hot. It wasn’t. Nuggets were cold, stale, disgusting — had to go back just to get edible ones. Next day, I tried breakfast. Ordered an English muffin, they gave me a croissant. Asked for a double-toasted muffin as a fix — they swore it was. It wasn’t. Limp, soggy, cardboard garbage. On top of that, I watched an employee dump hash browns into the tray with oil pouring all over them. No care, no quality, no standards. This location is a joke. With so many better options in the food court, do yourself a favor and avoid this Burger King like the plague. I’m done with them.
