I was craving a burger and decided to stop by yesterday and I honestly wish I had checked the other reviews first. This was one of the most disgusting and unsafe experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. There were homeless people inside, stealing drinks and lying down on the dine-in seats. The entire place was filthy, from the tables and floors to the washrooms. The washroom smelled horrible and was dirtier than most public ones; I literally had to take a shower as soon as I got home. To make things worse, I ended up with food poisoning after eating there. That says everything about how unhygienic this location is. The customer service was non-existent, and the overall atmosphere felt like a health and safety risk. I also work in a fast food chain, and we’re trained to maintain spotless hygiene, but this location was the complete opposite. For a store in such a busy intersection, it’s shocking to see it in this condition. This Burger King needs immediate inspection or closure before more customers get sick.

The staff were also handing cans of beer out to the homeless through the drive through window.
