Original Review: Consider just going through the drive through for this location especially if you have kids… Inside has patrons sleeping in booths, open drug use, and several people just coming in to refill their cups (12 noon on a Sunday, yikes!) The restaurant was dirty including the floors and tables plus it smells gross. The staff were friendly though and the food was excellent, first time when a restaurant actually followed extras like heavy gravy and ketchup, very impressed by this. From the reviews it’s clear BK knows what happening but they’re not doing anything, it’s sad and I feel bad for the staff.
Update to “Reply” from BK: Hello Burger King, No thank you’s are necessary for taking the “time” to leave me a scripted reply. This does not “create good customer experiences”, and you’re clearly not sorry to hear you missed the mark. Would you please consider reporting it yourself otherwise you don’t want to make things right. Dropping it to one star now.

This place is horrible on whopper Wednesdays. Waited 30 mins for my meal
Also they let people come in and sit in the booths and smoke crack I had to take my son out of there because of it also one time my son need to go washroom. I told him to women's washroom there was a girl in there sitting in the floor setting up her needle

Very understaffed, very busy drive thru they first serve, no one left to serve in person dine in. Everytime im at this location for dine in its 15-20 mins of waiting for food and then the fries come raw cuz they’re rushing cuz not enough people to help with the orders. Drive through Rush hour means 30-40 mins for dine in waiting.

The Hindu women employee in the front cash wearing red colour on her forehead insults customers then forces customers to leave . Another women employee from the back directly insults customers to leave . And this will do not like if a customer is eating the food or drinking right after receiving the order . And this is happening now since a long time so these customers became so courageous that insults increased to customers even more and these employees open are now open challenging to customers go complain against us nothing will happen to us . Hopefully with the beginning of this year the owner will start to have feelings and emotions for customers and thinking about the customers the owner will hire good employees .
