They haven't always gotten my order right and it happens, but mistakes happen as long as a company takes responsibility to make the customer happy at the end of the day that's all that matters. Would you rather save your 50¢ margin or would you rather save your customers. Tonight it felt like it was customers first. And for that I have so much respect for the employees working and Burger King for allowing guest to leave happy, especially in this economy people are selective where they spend money But after tonight as long as customer service stays on top I see this location really changing for the good!
