Food overall is fine, slow service. All the tables were stained and dirty, seems like they do not clean the tables as frequently as they should. Lots of marks on the windows as well.

Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one I had to. The people working here were straight up rude from the second I walked in. No greeting, just attitude and dirty looks like I did something wrong by being hungry. The vibe was terrible. You could feel how negative the energy was. The way they treated people. It wasn’t just bad service. It was disrespectful and low key racist. You could literally see the difference in how they spoke to certain customers. That’s not okay, not in 2025, not ever. It actually made me uncomfortable watching it happen, and it made me mad that no one in charge cared enough to step in. Cause the management is waste and should be fired. My order came out cold and wrong, and when I tried to say something, they acted like I was being dramatic. Like, no. I’m just asking for what I paid for. The way they talked back and rolled their eyes was unbelievable. No respect at all. If management reads this, do better. Train yourself to treat everyone with basic decency. I’ll never come back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated like a human being. Honestly fire yourself

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I’ve been to a lot of fastfood places in my life, but this one. This one was on a whole other level of bad. The second I walked in, I felt the energy cold, unwelcoming, and just plain rude. The staff looked annoyed to even see me, like I was bothering them for daring to order food. No greeting, no “hi,” not even basic respect. Just eye rolls, attitude, and whispers behind the counter. And what really broke me was how differently they treated people. Especially the asian there and the mangers themselves. You could see the bias in their tone, their expressions, the way they talked to certain customers versus others. It wasn’t just bad service it felt personal, like they judged me the second I walked in. That kind of behavior is disgusting, especially in 2025. We’re supposed to be better than this. The food? Cold. Order? Wrong. But honestly, that wasn’t even the worst part. It was the lack of basic human decency. When I tried to calmly explain the issue, I was met with sarcasm and disrespect instead of help. It was humiliating. No one deserves to be treated like that not for a meal, not for anything. I walked out of there angry, disappointed, and honestly just sad that places like this still exist. I’ll never go back, and I truly hope someone higher up takes action. Because people deserve to feel respected not disrespected, not looked down on, and definitely not judged for who they are.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food place. The staff were unbelievably rude. no greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. They acted like serving customers was a chore. On top of that, the way they treated people was completely unacceptable. There were clear signs of bias and disrespect that honestly felt racist and mean spirited. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that, no matter who they are. The food came out cold, messed up, and when I tried to politely mention it, they rolled their eyes like it was my fault. The energy in that place was awful. Unwelcoming, negative, and straight-up hostile. It’s shocking that management allows this kind of behavior to slide. I’ll never spend another dollar here, and I hope corporate seriously looks into the way this place is being run.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a fast food place in my life. The staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive, acting like customers were an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a job. What made it worse was the clear lack of respect shown to certain people. It came across as discriminatory and completely unacceptable in 2025. The food was cold, the service was slow, and the attitude was beyond unprofessional. Management clearly doesn’t care about customer service or basic decency. I’ll never be coming back, and I genuinely hope corporate looks into how this location is being run.
