What elevates the place is the even more amazing quality of service. Our waiter, I think his name was Roberto, was attentive and proactive, explaining everything with kindness. I will start recommending this restaurant to everyone I know.

And when it comes to customer service, Dafne was our waitress. She was very attentive and really sweet, and I was able to speak Spanish with her which was great. 10 out 10 in service.

We finally placed a food order plus another beer from the bartender (our waitress ignored us the rest of the time). The food never came, and the beer never arrived. Asked about the beer a second time, but neither the food nor the beer was delivered. Finally, we said forget it and got the bill. Had to go to the bar to pay because of course the bill didn't come either. The service is awful, and we'll never be back. This was our second time here, and the first time I thought the service might be an off day, but no – it sucks. Too bad because the margaritas were good. I wish I could have tried the food. I don't understand all the good reviews. Maybe they bought them.
