  I’ve always been a big fan of the flavors at Chipotle, and this visit was no exception—the taste of the chicken bowl was spot on. However, the experience was let down by the disappointing portion sizes. For the price of a chicken bowl, the amount of rice, veggies, and protein served was noticeably skimpy. It felt like I was getting about two-thirds of a standard serving. While the quality and seasoning remain high, the value just isn't there when the portions are this inconsistent. Chipotle really needs to focus on portion control and consistency if they want to retain loyal customers. I love the food, but I’d hesitate to come back to this specific location if the servings stay this small. Pros: • Great seasoning and signature Chipotle taste. • Quick service despite the mall rush. Cons: • Very small portions of rice and veggies. • Light on the chicken protein. • Poor value for the price point.

  This is my experience on Tuesday April 7, 1:25 pm. I’m not even a Karen and I understand what working in the food industry is like, but Idk who the manager is but they need to speak to their employees because they are seriously so stingy. I ask for extra sour cream and cheese, the girl (middle eastern or Indian girl) doesn’t do it I have to KEEP asking and she’s literally adding sprinkles each time. On top of that at the end I asked for a napkin, the girl (Asian girl w lashes and blush) cashing me out is like I put them inside, I checked she didn’t. SO than I’m like there’s no napkins, she proceeds to give me 2 NAPKINS. So so I’m like can I have more.. she literally gives me one more. This is the worst chipotle the workers are so rude and stingy and need to be spoken too cuz I also worked in the food industry and never treated people like that. They’re literally acting like the food and napkins are coming out their paycheck, and taking it as a joke when i ask to add more cheese or wtvr, literally adding sprinkles of it when i ask for more. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue and also my mom got food poisoning from this location before .. what is going on lol who’s the manager..

  I don’t know where to start with this place. It used to be good, but I think it changed owners. The portions are so SMALL, especially the lettuce. The service is horrible too, they work too fast and make mistakes. They tried to make us pay twice for our order, when in fact the people in front of us did not pay for their order and they were long gone.

  I ordered my food.... then I pay for my food.... I was trying to download the app to get the free guacamole and it was taking a few minutes. I stepped to the side so that others could continue paying and when I showed the cashier that I had download the app she told me I can't get it its a minimum purchase of 5 dollars. I was confused because I had just payed for my lunch. I asked her to refund it and she said no. I asked for the manager and he then also told me that he would not refund it and sell it back to me even though I paid 5 min before. He also told me that I should have told the cashier before I paid. I guess I should have just stayed in the line holding up everyone else. Is it not the job of the employee to advertise this promotion. Just disgusting attitude from staff and the little small guy who I guess was the manager.

  I visited the Chipotle location at Yorkdale on March 9 between approximately 5:50 and 6:00 PM. At the time, there were no other customers in line ahead of me and roughly seven employees working on the front line. Despite the store not being busy, the overall experience was quite disappointing. While ordering my burrito, the employee asked a question regarding toppings, but I did not hear it clearly. Cheese was added to my burrito even though I had specifically requested no cheese. When I mentioned this, the employee responded in a somewhat dismissive manner, saying that she had already asked. I explained that I did not hear the question properly, and the cheese was then scraped off the burrito. When I asked for extra sour cream, the employee instead added extra corn. Rather than confirming the request, more corn and then sour cream were added on top. The burrito ended up being so overfilled that it could barely be wrapped properly. Because of this, I had to request an additional bowl since it was clear the burrito would likely fall apart after a bite. What stood out most was that, even though there were several employees present and no line of customers, the interaction felt rushed and the staff came across as inattentive and somewhat rude. Simple confirmation of requests and a more attentive approach to customer service would have made a big difference. I hope management reviews this feedback, as better communication and a more customer-focused attitude would significantly improve the experience at this location.
