  Emel was very friendly and welcoming. He made my experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill quick and enjoyable. Great customer service. GENUINELY NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE HIM!!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The level of cleanliness was honestly unacceptable. The food prep area looked messy and poorly maintained, with food debris scattered across the counters and surfaces. It did not look like basic sanitation standards were being followed. Seeing ingredients and utensils sitting in an unclean environment made me question how food is being handled behind the scenes. This is especially concerning for a place that serves fresh food and should prioritize hygiene. A restaurant should never make customers feel uncomfortable about food safety, but that’s exactly how I felt here. Management seriously needs to address cleanliness and enforce proper sanitation practices immediately. I would not recommend this location until major improvements are made.

  Shrinking portions over the years. We come here regularly and have yet to see a staff member smile. The location is busy as it’s in a mall and near a school BUT the line does move quickly. The dining area is usually a mess, best to enjoy your meal out in the Shops as during nicer weather, they keep tables out with umbrellas. Beware of wasps.

  Took a burrito bowl to go and packaging was sopping wet, oil and food juices leaked into my car. Unacceptable as I now have to get my car detailed. Stopped on the way home to get a plastic bag from another takeout restaurant to hold the packaging. Spoiled avocados with the skin still on also inside the guac, disgusting.
