- AAAmineApr 1, 20261.0bad store. i placed a delivery order and realized i forgot to order my chips. i called to ask the store if i could place a pick up order for the chips and they can give it to my driver, and they were like NO. you have to do 2 DELIVERY ORDERS. even tho all i needed was the chips added. i will start ordering from other chipotles and not this one.

We were not greeted at all when we arrived, which set a negative tone from the start. When we asked for a carry bag, only one was given initially. I had to ask again, and although I repeated my request, it seemed like I was being ignored. After a short wait, I was finally given another bag. Overall, the staff appeared uninterested and there was no warmth or friendliness—no smiles, just very blunt interactions.

The lady assembling my burrito asked me twice if I was pregnant (I'm a male) and kept scratching dandruff into my food. When I told her this was unacceptable, she plugged her ears and said la la la I can't hear you. I eventually got my food remade by another employee but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be dining at this location again any time soon.

I was very confused what I’m feeling and why so much pain… then from there well… I’m not gonna go into detail but now writing this the next day I say to you don’t get the pork maybe the chicken good but DO NOT get the pork.
