Whenever I go there, it is always late. And the quality of food is not good compared to the other brance. The staff talks more than they do. Either change your staff here. Or add more staff here.

I’ve never had an issue with the brand until I ordered from this location. Portion was so small it was almost insulting. I understand why they have an average rating of 2.8 at the time of this post. All the other chipotles are much better.

I experienced a significant delay while picking up the order from Chipotle. I waited more than 20 minutes at the restaurant. During this time, the staff were prioritizing walk-in customers over delivery orders, which caused the delay.
The customer kept messaging me repeatedly asking about the status of their food. I informed them that I was still waiting at the restaurant and that the delay was due to the restaurant not preparing the order on time.
This situation was completely out of my control. I followed all proper procedures and stayed at the location until the order was ready. The delay was caused by the restaurant’s handling of orders, not by me.

This was honestly one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had ordering food. I found a literal roach in my food. That is absolutely unacceptable and beyond disturbing. No one should ever open their meal and find an insect inside it. It completely ruined my appetite and made me question the sanitation standards at this location.
What made it even worse was the way the situation was handled. When I called the store to report it, the employee I spoke to (Helina or something like that) showed zero concern. She basically brushed it off and just told me to contact Uber Eats. There was no apology, no urgency, and no acknowledgement of how serious and disgusting this actually is.
Finding a bug in someone’s food is a major food safety issue. The lack of concern from staff and the terrible customer service made the situation even more unacceptable. I have already reported this and will be attaching photos.
Completely disgusting and extremely disappointing experience.
