  Lots of old negative reviews but had a great experience today- don’t let that discourage you from visiting this location! All the staff we interacted with were great, they moved quickly while it was super busy in the store, and it was clean.

  Lack of simple customer service. When ordering a bowl, many of the toppings were not available (~9pm, closing is 11pm). There was no initial note of this to people in line. After getting the rice, beans, sauce, meat...the bowl was sent straight to the cashier, not informing me that many of the vegetables/toppings are done for the day. I asked if there's going to be more toppings coming from the kitchen...kitchen worker said no. I then asked for a discount because the bowl was literally half empty compared to normal. Was declined, so did not take the food. Waste of time or lack of compensation. Should have started with telling customers there's they don't have stuff. My friends ended up buying 3 other bowls cause they didn't even notice before worker closed up the bowl. Customers are getting scammed if they don't notice ingredients are missing. Dont send 'please contact' reply..dont need help. Fix the store, everyone complains.

  I love chipotle, have been to numerous locations and was genuinely appalled by the tiny amount of food this lady put in my bowl today. My salad bowl only had a few pieces of lettuce as base. To be stingy even on spring mix and rice is shocking. The lady avoids eye contact the entire time. What a shame as this is such a good location.

  I usually look forward to my weekly bowl here — it’s been my little post-run reward tradition. Today I pre-ordered through Uber, went out for a 5-mile run, and came back excited for what I thought would be a well-earned, “healthy” Chipotle bowl. Instead, I opened the lid and genuinely wondered if someone had sampled it along the way. The bowl was barely half full and looked like it lost a fight with the serving spoon. For a moment I thought maybe the new portion size is called the “post-cardio disappointment special.” It’s honestly surprising because this place has been consistently great before. I guess my run was the most filling part of the experience today. Really hoping this was just a one-time off day — because right now the portion looked less like a bowl and more like a snack someone already started.
