- RBRichard BacchusApr 5, 20262.0Very disappointed in this location. Went about a month ago around opening time and it smelt horrible, smelt like pee. Homeless people wondering around making the whole place feel unsafe. The food......not great. The fries tasted like it was a day old. The staff was actually really nice, I don't envy their job at all especially given the location. But I really can not recommend this place at all.

However, they often make mistakes when they're busy. Also, many homeless people come into the restaurant to use the selfservice beverage machines.

The staff greeted our son very cheerfully, and when they found out it was his birthday, they kindly gave him a toy, which made his day extra special. We’ve been to many fast-food restaurants, but this was easily one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our visit memorable!

I ordered online order via Burger King app. When I got the order from driver, I figured out that it is not my order. The delivery guy told me to call the location and fix this. The order was way smaller order than what I actually paid for. Therefore I called the restaurant for almost 50 times to fix this. but never not even one time this location answered my phone. I was trying to have dinner with my friend but this guys totally ruined my day. I reported to Burger King app but it takes minimum 24 hours to get the response. Basically when this location makes mistake, there is ABSOLUTLY NO OPTION to fix it. Thank you very much for missing my meal and stealing my money.
