  Whoever is on the poutine duty lately needs to go easy on the gravy, and mix it before serving so you're not getting a disgusting, salty goop. For the second time, the poutine was swimming in salty, crusty gravy. Absolutely inedible. Poutine Gods are not pleased and will smite you down hard.

  Yesterday on my way home from dropping off a friend I stopped at this location around 3:30 am I ordered a double whopper with cheese, frutopia, two double cheese burgers and a poutine. Fairly tired and hungry I couldn't wait to get home eat and sleep. I made the mistake of not looking into the bag. I live about ten minutes from this location, I got home got comfortable, open the bag, and surprise! No double cheese burgers. And no cheese on my double whopper This is frustrating for multiple reasons 1 it's not around the corner to go back 2 I was tired it was super late to be driving back and forth 3 I had to go to sleep semi hungry and infuriated 4 money... Honestly, how hard is it to prepare and serve an order? 3:30 am it's not like the place was busy, and they had to rush. I'm actually about to go back today and make a formal complaint because this is just ridiculous. I understand mistakes but at the end of the day to correct this one (which is too late anyways) I have to needlessly drive back, so either ways I'm losing and being inconvenienced. I rather give that time and energy to someone in need than an incompetent BK employee. Forgetting to put napkins or straws in a bag is one thing but forgetting to put HALF the order in it is next level incompetence. Unbelievable.... EDIT : Went back today (same day around 6pm), Manager was very understanding and took an actual written report, not just a verbal complaint. And I was given my double cheese burgers plus bonus fries. So I changed my review from 1* to 3* (Manager gets 5* last night's service gets 1*) If the higher ups read these reviews just understand this, a replacement of order doesn't completely fix the core issue. Service needs to improve so people don't have to run back and forth, because even though I got my order fixed it was still considerable inconvenience to "drive back, line up to ask for a manager, wait, drive home" Get those orders right and avoid bad experiences.

  My go to spot! But the change of fries is insanely disappointing, I went purely because they were the best fries, now I’d argue they’re the worst fast food fries

  I stopped at this Burger King on Danforth Ave to get some mozza fries, while waiting for an Uber I was repeatedly harassed by a man inside the restaurant asking for my personal details. Even after I said denied his advances he continued on and kept pushing for my details. When I told staff, they said he had already been bothering employees and had previously been escorted out by security. Unfortunately he was still inside and waited near the exit when I left, and tried to approach me once more right as I was reaching the door. I hope management considers having security present or ensuring people who harass customers are removed promptly, because this could be a concerning situation for anyone waiting alone.
