  I visited this Burger King and overall the food was good and the location is convenient. However, service was a bit slow at times and it seemed understaffed, so there were delays for both dine-in and pickup orders. We had a big order and the tables weren’t clean, and they also didn’t provide napkins, we had to go and ask for them. If these small issues improve, I’d give it 5 stars because the food and overall experience are still good.

  Staff was not very cooperative i went there in midnight around 4 wanted to redeem a offer but didn’t knew how to do that they denied to take my oder at window and also were not very helpful at drive thru aswell. Drived 10km long just to get back empty handed.

  This was my 2nd time visiting this place and the service is too slow. Last time I went in store and i had to literally wait 45 mins to get just burger and fries and they also mixed the order then opened the package again and made it right after. And today i went to the drive thru and the server asked me to come wait again outside and come again. Apparently most of the people were asked to wait. Looks like the place is understaffed and I think you guys should hire more people as the wait time is insane even at late night when there were barely few customers. I am not sure what’s the issue but Services are too slow even for a small order. I will request kindly check into this otherwise it will drive people away. No one wants to wait that long especially at a fast food chain.

  Bad customer service. Staff speaks louder than the guests in the lobby. Feels like they're constantly arguing. My friend was complaining about the coffee that they served wrongly. His order was a black coffe with cream on the side. The staffed told him that he told them otherwise. Then they served him cold coffee after. How can a black coffee be served cold? When he went back to complain about it, he was just brushed off the side so they can finish what they're doing. I don't know why a black coffee order is such a big deal and that they can't even get it right the first time?

  The atmosphere was horrible for anybody to bring their kids or family members who are autistic or who have sensory issues. It's supposed to be a little family restaurant and it felt more like a nightclub with music blaring. You couldn't even go into the bathroom without the music blaring so loud. Also the place was absolutely freezing cold. The washroom even colder. So to take their food home and eat it. Yeah that might be one thing but to stay there didn't feel comfortable at all for a brand new restaurant. It was terrible being there.
