  Went to Burger King to try the new menu items. Bravo! 👏 Burger 🍔 King 👑 Bravo! New Whopper was unbelievable! Whopper was fresh crafted with love, care and attention. When eating the new Nuggets, one thing keeps going through my mind. Thank you, may I have another?😊😃😋 New drink was refreshing and delicious 😋 Great job from manager Lisa and her team 😎 Service was on point and entire staff was amazing! 🤩 Lisa should be in charge of more Burger King locations. Her 636 Dixon Road location was the cleanest Burger King I’ve ever seen! Will be returning again very soon!

  This Burger King location has a serious and ongoing issue with accuracy and accountability. I am repeatedly being charged for extra toppings that are NOT being added to my food. This is not a one-off mistake—this is a consistent pattern. I’ve even started clearly stressing my order at the drive-thru because of past issues, and it STILL gets ignored. This most recent visit was the last straw: paid extra for toppings, got home, and once again they were missing. Instead, the sandwich was overloaded with mayonnaise and completely wrong. At this point, this goes beyond poor service. Charging customers for items they are not receiving is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about business practices at this location. I will be escalating this issue directly to corporate and filing a formal complaint, as well as documenting these repeated incidents. I expect a full refund and for this to be properly addressed. If management is aware of this and allowing it to continue, that’s even more concerning. If they’re not aware, they should be—immediately. Until this is fixed, I strongly advise others to double-check their orders before leaving or avoid this location entirely. Nobody wants to drive all the way home just to find out their entire order is wrong.

  I was coming from a friend's house after work and starving. I was headed to BK at Dixie, took the wrong exit on the highway and saw this BK. The girl who took my order on the speaker (drive-thru) was SO NICE and patient despite me not knowing what I wanted. I pulled up, paid and got my food within a few minutes. She was so busy but literally smiled the whole time and was so sweet. I got a double whopper sandwich. I pulled aside to eat and the burger smelled like it was freshly pulled off a charcoal bbq. Trust me, I am a McDonalds girl but wow. The patties weren't heated in a microwave. They were fresh and smoky, they smelled as amazing as they tasted. I stopped eating to write this otherwise I will forget. I didn't get the lady's name but please thank her for her excellent customer service and thank whoever grilled the patties *drool* Amazing job 👏🏼

  I went through the drive through with my family yesterday, we got 3 meals, 2 of them had an oreo milkshake, when I got home my kids were complaining about the taste, I tried it and the milk was clearly rotten, it was disgusting, I’m insanely disappointed because I’ve never had a complaint with this fast food location, do you guys not switch out your ice cream ? Or milk? It was sour and clumpy, I couldn’t go back and complain because my son had already took the car, please do better and check your machines.
