  This cannot be considered fast food anymore. They park 95% of cars to "improve" drive thru times, meanwhile the customers are waiting 15-30 minutes. Better off going to a Ma and Pa restaurant to get decent food. They also have their workers going out in an extremely icy parking lot to bring the food, no rain jacket or ice cleats in the freezing rain. For a corporation this large, it seems unacceptable to not provide these things to their employees.

  We stopped here for breakfast and were very disappointed by the condition of the washrooms. Both the men’s and ladies’ bathrooms were extremely dirty, toilets not flushed, no toilet paper available, and the floors were filthy. In the men’s washroom, the toilet was overflowing, and in the ladies’ washroom, one toilet was dirty while the other had no paper. One sink was out of order and the other only had cold water. It also appeared that the staff were inexperienced or not properly supervised, as the entire location seemed neglected. We ended up leaving without breakfast because of how unsanitary it was. I hope management takes immediate action to address cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training at this location.

  Terrible experience! I came to McDonald’s at night, placed my order, and never received my food and the staff completely ignored me no apology, no explanation, nothing! This is absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t provide proper service at night, then don’t keep the place open. It’s frustrating to pay for food and be treated like this. I’ll definitely think twice before coming here again, and I hope management seriously looks into how poorly the night staff treats customers.

  Wow.. I've never had a more disappointing experience. I'm kind enough to know it was late (11pm) but it's a 24hr restaurant so, it wasn't new to them. Answered the drive thru rude speaking super fast Hindi. ordered big Mac some fries and chicken nuggets. Fries were cold and hard, and the worst part my big Mac was a Mcveggie. After a long drive a stressful day this was so disappointing I couldn't even deal with going back thru the drive thru. Very disappointed in you Timmins McDonalds.... a Mcveggie for shame
