I asked why they pass everyone in the drive through before everyone else, he stated they had small orders, however you’re still cooking the same amount for people that ordered ahead. Manager raised his voice at me when I was voicing my concerns and asked for my refund as I will no longer be waiting for the order that was still not ready after the prolonged amount of time.
