  Went to get food and got to the window, cook and server at the window were yelling at each other because they got our order wrong, very unprofessional

  Ordered two burgers, a poutine and onion rings. Onion rings were stale tasting Poutine fries were soft and gravy was congealing Bacon on one burger was raw and both the burgers themselves were cold and completely inedible Ceiling tiles were missing, wires were hanging, ladder and vacuum were just put on the floor and they haven’t received the equipment needed to make slushes or the misty whatevers. Not sure what everyone else’s reviews are talking about but it clearly isn’t the Timmins location. Not impressed. Blizzard was served upside down though so there’s that.

  Store is completely dirty and quite small to enjoy a nice meal, burger is very bland and dry, meat was cold, stale bread used. Not one single native Canadian staff working present in the store, what have these franchisee owners and managers come to ?

  The front counter staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I tried a Blizzard that was new to me, and it was still excellent. The restaurant was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

  I ordered online, found out you can't do online order pickups via drive through. They let us do so this time since we didn't know but got told not to do it again. What's the point of online ordering if you have to go in and wait anyway? Unfortunately, the prices are outrageously expensive, at least double the price of any other fast food restaurants I've gone to locally. I also didn't get any points at all even though I ordered online. The free sunday for their opening event was also not a real thing. Very disappointed with this restaurant.
