She didn't interrupt our conversations and timed it perfectly as to when to ask if everything was good. She saw that my boyfriend didn't enjoy the ice tea he poured from the plastic bottle into a glass and after asking if he would prefer something else to drink, she gave me a paper refill cup to carry out so we didn't have to waste a full beverage. She conversed with us as we were getting ready to leave and struck up a conversation with things in common with me regarding our respective education similarities. We will be back to this location in the future for this reason.

I will attach a picture of what it is supposed to look like and what ours looked like. For my side I ordered loaded fries and did not get those. Just got regular fries, although on the receipt it does say loaded and paid an extra $1.99. Disappointed in the overall service, quality and attention to detail.

I called the store to report it, but they just told me to come back and pick it up — the supervisor was “too busy” to speak with me. There was no apology, no offer to compensate for the inconvenience, and I live 20 minutes away. Extremely disappointing experience. I asked for the owner’s contact information, and they hung up on me. They really need to do better.
