  Having a great time at our local Kelsey’s on the town’s Pub Shammy night! Enjoying a green beverage and some delicious spinach dip! The manager, Bobby, went above and beyond to make our visit extra special!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse. My group specifically asked for non‑alcoholic drinks, yet we were served alcohol without being ID’d. Two of us were underage, and one person had to drive. We didn’t even realize the drinks contained alcohol until we asked the server, who brushed it off by saying she “hasn’t worked in two months,” which is not an excuse for serving alcohol illegally. We went back to speak with the manager to explain the situation, and instead of taking the issue seriously, he acted annoyed—despite the fact that this is literally a legal violation and a major safety concern. There was no accountability this wouldn’t happen again. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
