No other cars and drive-thru. No one inside the store.... Sorry Harvey's there's other fast food places in town, you just lost my business...

A worker came out after 10 minutes and told me it would only be a few more minutes for my order, then waited 10 extra minutes and nothing. Also saw nobody else’s order come out in the meantime. Attempted going inside for a refund, but there were 3 families waiting inside to order and I needed to be somewhere, so I had to leave with no food or refund. The least the employees could do is tell customers if there was going to be a long wait before paying, so they are not stuck waiting.
