We hopped on the hwy home and realized it when it was too late that we were shorted on food and tje quality was poor. When I called the store to mention the discrepancies I was told that they would send out coupons for free meals to cover the mistakes for my family. I never received the coupons and it has been over 2 months. Next time I will just bypass this location
- NANicky AlyOct 26, 20251.0RANT to Tilbury McDonald’s!! Decided to get breakfast this morning, mistake I guess. Order one sausage and egg McMuffin meal, 2 hotcake happy meals. The girl giving me my order didn’t even call my order number just said “for you” and didn’t even give me my drinks. One of the boys working realized I was still waiting for something and got them for me. They I get to my car and find that my sausage and EGG McMuffin is just sausage… so I go back in for that. Then I come back and find I’m missing 2 of my 3 hash browns. So I go back in a second time and have to wait for those. They gave me no issues with getting the missing items, I shouldn’t have been missing anything though. They have so many people in there just standing around staring. I watched the girl at the drive thru on her phone multiple times. Another girl just standing around. The girl giving out the orders needs to use better language than “for you”, you’re supposed to call my order number and maybe if you did that you would know I had drinks also. Before anyone says “you haven’t been in their shoes”, I have worked fast food and McDonald’s was dead at this time when I went in. There’s no excuse to forget multiple items when half th workers are standing around and on their phones. Clearly this is a management issue because they let this happen.
