  Pizza has no flavour, tastes like cardboard. Breadsticks dry and almost burnt - only given a tablespoon of pizza sauce for dipping. Everything was so chewy. Wings tasted like Jane’s frozen nuggets with a little bit of bbq sauce drizzled on them. 2 stars for the friendly employees at pick up but the food is probably going into the garbage. Won’t be back.

  Really sad about our experience tonight as we have bought ordered numerous times and have recommended this place to admit if people. We used to say it was well worth driving across town to get. Ordered pizza tonight and selected a pick up time. Arrived 1 minute before the pick up time and was told they just put in my pizza and that it would be 5 minutes. Waited and 15 minutes later my pizza was ready and I checked out and informed them that they looked burnt and they argued that it was not. I tried advocating for myself and was hoping they would make it right but they said it was not burnt. I asked if I got it home and it was burnt would they drive across town and they said they would. Got home and it was not just visibly burnt but tasted horrible. Threw the pizza in the garbage and called to let them know it was burnt and again the manager argued with me but finally said he'd get a pizza driven over but they wanted the old pizza back. Said sure and waited an hour for another burnt dry pizza that was missing toppings, lacking in cheese. I accepted it because it was late and my kids need to go to bed soon but insult to injury happened when we found a hair in it. So another pizza in the garbage and at this point it feels deliberate. I had promised if they drove a pizza to me I would not write a review but I felt like the service is going down hill compared to our many previous order.   Such delicious pizza! We ordered the chicken bbq pizza and it was so tasty!

  Unlike when it started the food quality has severely went down the drain.The pizzawas greasy, no customer service, took the girl at the counter 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was waiting.Extremely rude, needs to be trained!! and to top it all off she yells at me that the order is ready.
