  I'm a regular at the store. I usually go in so I could take my time and look at the promotions on the screen and use my points and I don't feel rushed whereas if I used the drive-thru. However, anytime I seem to go into the store to order, I get pushed back aside. They will print out my tickets saying " order complete" however, it is not. Today, I waited over 15 minutes for two McDoubles and a small fry. They were completely ignoring the people standing at counter and only serving people going through the drive-thru first and getting their orders ready for takeout. When I asked what took so long I didn't even get an answer or an apology. I worked at two McDonald's before. I know what took too long. My order was printed out and then completely forgot about. As somebody who worked the kitchen and the front, it does not take over 15 minutes for two McDoubles and a small fry. On top of that I'm really getting sick and tired of creepy people outside of the store. Always asking me for money or getting mad at me if I don't have cigarettes on me. I'm a small woman and it's scary and intimidating when I'm just trying to go into the store for food, And I feel like I'm going to get attacked by somebody.

  Was doing a doordash order when this girl not on shift in her daily outfit walked in paid using her dirty debit card then walked behind the counter without washing her hands or wearing a hair net and touching food brought it to the managers attention and she gave zero care I will be reporting this to the health unit Monday thats disgusting I wouldn't let my dog eat food out of this kitchen

  I came in tonight after work and ordered a 20-piece nugget meal. I was told I couldn’t order that?, so instead I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals with large drinks, fries, and extra sauces for each meal. I also added a cheeseburger as part of the deal. When I got home, I realized I was missing an entire 10-piece nugget meal, including the fries and sauces, and the fries I did receive were the wrong size. I had to drive all the way back to the store. When I explained this at the window, the employee seemed confused and said he had checked my order with me, even though a woman had taken my order at the window. The only thing he asked me initially was whether I added a cheeseburger or nuggets. He then charged me for the missing nugget meal, but when he handed it to me, it was only the nuggets no fries no sauces, and the original fry size issue was still not corrected. I asked to speak to a manager because I was very confused about what was happening. He told me he was the manager (I believe his name was Paras). Overall, I’m extremely confused about how the order was handled, as multiple items were missing or incorrect, and the situation never felt clearly resolved. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s but when I’m paying 50$ that’s crazy.
