  Order some things from uber eats and found hair in my food.If u are running a fast food business at leat wear a hair net as no one would like to eat someone hair. If anyone from management reading this comment please making sure late evening also you are following procedures like at least hairnet. Hair is black and blond long hair. I will also upload photo for your reference.

  I had a really worst experience with tacobell. Me and friend both decided to have food from taco bell. So, we ordered it via doordash, we waited for 2hrs but we never received the order. Personally, I will never suggest it to anyone else. The customer service was really poor.

  I had a terrible experience with Taco Bell. I ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme at 9:00 PM, and after waiting for two hours, my order was cancelled. When I contacted the delivery driver, they said someone else had taken my order. I then called the restaurant, and they told me they didn’t even have the ingredients to make that item and apparently haven’t had them four months. It’s unacceptable to let customers place orders for items that aren’t even available. I wasted two hours waiting and ended up going to bed without dinner. Very poor communication, terrible service, and no accountability. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a food order.

  Its not about money its about principle and this is why so many businesses are beginning to go down hill due to lack of customer service and keeping their customers happy! 2 weeks ago ordered desserts for the family and after arriving home they went to eat the cinnamon twists and they tasted like burnt oil as I guess they wete fried too long. I called that night and was told I would have no issue getting my money back when I came in. I go today to get my money back and was told that giving a refund is not allowed and no one would have told me such a thing... the employee had to call the manager and he was apparently told they cannot give refunds at all especially because it had been 10 days. Not the best customer service when the items were inedible and I just wanted my money back for the food we were unable to eat..
