When I called to place my order, the staff member on the phone had difficulty understanding me, which made the process frustrating from the start. I was told my order would be ready, but when I arrived over half an hour later, it still wasn’t prepared. On top of that, part of my order was missing. Having to point that out and wait even longer was really inconvenient. The presentation of the food was also very poor. The chicken fingers were carelessly packaged, and there was a bun just thrown into the box. It didn’t look appetizing at all and felt rushed and sloppy. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait time, incomplete order, and poor presentation made this a disappointing experience. I hope they improve their organization and attention to detail in the future.

Took advantage of 2 can dine for $19.99- Swiss Chalet was not on my list of favorites. The food was delicious.The portions were large.Fries and chicken amazing. They even came to check on me while I waited. They have me a bun with butter while I wait as I was hungry. GREAT JOB SWISS CHALET! We will be back.

Caesar salad had more bacon and dressing than lettuce and the lettuce was sad and wilty. My husband's burger was a very flat, very obviously mass produced frozen patty. Not what we were expecting at those prices. #2 - Our server was consistently given multiple new tables by the hostess while the only other server had only three tables. Our server (Melissa) worked extremely hard keeping up, especially when another employee moved a table of 10-12 people in to Melissa's area. I was tired just watching her. Overall, the commercials are a misrepresentation of the quality of food they serve. My husband said he would have had a much better burger at A&W. We won't be going back to Swiss Chalet.
