  I went to the restaurant to take my order around 6:12 pm. There is one girl she was just showing some kind an attitude that she’s the only one who knows about it. I asked to cut it in a half but later I found it was not cut. She was like making my sandwich in very mood behaviour. I think management needs to take some action this girl cause every time I bust this place she’s super rude to everyone. This concern needs to be solved ASAP.

  Worst service ever. They discriminate against older people younger people people who are not as affluent as them. I went in to order they can never get the app working nor the coupons and the subs I ordered were not cooked properly. It’s a different standard with the people who work one will be helpful and the other makes things worse. Oliver Road is the best they cook things to your specifications always use the app and always take your coupons if they come by email unlike red river road. Shame on you for laughing at an 80year old woman and telling her you won’t make her sub. You people are terrible I’ll be writing to your head office about this

  Service is usually good, food is good also. But today a young gentleman working confronted me infront of everyone and gave me a hard time about not wearing a mask then told me that I had to have a government card to come in there without a mask. However are local health unit post signs on the door of businesses saying you don't need to explain your health issue and if you have a health issue your Exempted from wearing a mask. When i was confronted i voluntarily told him my health issue. Then I reminded him of the health units rules posted on the door. The employees should be educated on policy before they speak their personal opinion
