  If at all there could be a zero star option, I would hit that undoubtedly. This location never opens on time. The same lady who I assume is the manager few days ago was seen abusing an old aged woman and asked her to leave as she owned the place. As far as I remember, she is not the owner but she pretends to be one and takes advantage of it and abuses people to leave the premises. I don't think that's appropriate for someone to be abused. When people in line questioned, she said she can't do anything and asked all of us to leave if we had a problem. To bet, I left.

  Waiting to order a sub at lunchtime all the lettuce was brown. I asked the girl working here. How do you serve this to customers and she says oh that’s the way we get our lettuce watch other employee punch in another customer sub with his gloves on goes back and uses the same gloves to start another customer sub not very clean people working there

  I'm honestly tired of this restaurant's abysmal quality. Every time I enter this place, it's never clean. That's assuming I can even enter it! I tried entering it last weekend at Saturday 10:30am, and the door was locked, despite there being someone working inside. The store is supposed to be open at 9:00am on Saturday, but nah, breakfast here isn't an option I guess.

  Had a piece of plastic in my sandwich. Its a piece of hand glove. Asked the staff for manager, they said she is not around here most of the days. I said can I speak to the supervisor, they said the manager who owns this location is the OWNER of subways in town and there is nothing we could do to escalate the situation. I dont really care if she is the owner or not, but 15$ for a sub with a huge plastic could have left me choking. No hats and no frequent hand gloves changed while I was there. I've been to most of subways in town by far this is the most ridiculous one.
