  4 orders in a row that something has been wrong or missing sides completely. Made a complaint before. Manager tried to call me once but never followed up again. I've tried 6 times to call them back and staff seems confused when i ask to talk to her and she never seems to be in or I get hung up on.

  I’d like to thank Carly for letting us know in advance that outside cake wasn’t allowed. It turned out to be a great thing because we got to try Montana’s desserts, which were delicious! A huge thank you as well to Daniela, Amay, and Shree for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with their wonderful service. 😊 Montana’s has always been our go-to spot for celebrations, and today’s experience was exceptional as always!

  Thumbs up to Ava our server last night!!! We had a party of sixteen, ( two birthdays for Bryan and Arlene ). Ava was friendly, talked with us, ( you can tell she is a people person ) and very knowledgeable in her line of work. She served us like she's been doing it for years, ( easily, and under no pressure ). When someone needed something she was right there. A very refreshing young lady, she cares and enjoys what she does. When your schooling is done you will do well in nursing Ava. Last but not least the food was excellent, the atmosphere was great and it was a very enjoyable evening by all. Thank you Ava!!!

  About a month ago , I placed an online order for pick-up. I Ordered the brisket potato skins and unfortunately, the picture and description on their menu did not match what I received. After calling and explaining the situation, I was told a manager would call me back to try and resolve the issue… I never got a call back. Jump forward to today, I receive a “thank you” card in the mail (from the manager), that had a lovely handwritten note and gesture inside.. something I was not expecting at all!! That extra effort goes a very, very long way these days and I just wanted to share my appreciation to them for “making things right”and turning it into a more positive experience.

  We had a great experience at the restaurant and wanted to share a quick note about our server, Adrienne. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Adrienne checked in on us at the right times, made sure everything was perfect with our order, and had a very positive attitude throughout the evening. Her service really made our visit more enjoyable. Thank you to Adrienne and the team for such a pleasant dining experience. We’ll definitely be happy to come back again.
