  I came in tonight after work and ordered a 20-piece nugget meal. I was told I couldn’t order that?, so instead I ordered two 10-piece nugget meals with large drinks, fries, and extra sauces for each meal. I also added a cheeseburger as part of the deal. When I got home, I realized I was missing an entire 10-piece nugget meal, including the fries and sauces, and the fries I did receive were the wrong size. I had to drive all the way back to the store. When I explained this at the window, the employee seemed confused and said he had checked my order with me, even though a woman had taken my order at the window. The only thing he asked me initially was whether I added a cheeseburger or nuggets. He then charged me for the missing nugget meal, but when he handed it to me, it was only the nuggets no fries no sauces, and the original fry size issue was still not corrected. I asked to speak to a manager because I was very confused about what was happening. He told me he was the manager (I believe his name was Paras). Overall, I’m extremely confused about how the order was handled, as multiple items were missing or incorrect, and the situation never felt clearly resolved. I don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s but when I’m paying 50$ that’s crazy.

  I am writing to report a highly unprofessional and concerning experience at this location. I ordered a BLT Quarter Pounder, which tasted off and potentially contaminated. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, her response was dismissive and focused on how much of the burger I had eaten rather than the food safety concern itself. I did not initially request a refund and was hoping for a replacement, but the food was discarded and no replacement was offered. When I later when I was about to requested a refund, I was told, “You didn’t want a refund, so why are you still here?” No apology was given at any point. The manager raised her voice, blamed my partner for having an “attitude,” refused to provide her full name (only stating her name was Hannah), and made dismissive comments about the food “looking fine” instead of addressing whether it was safe to eat. As we were leaving, she told my partner to “shut up,” which was completely inappropriate. Due to the way this situation was handled and the lack of concern for food safety, I no longer feel comfortable eating at this location and am requesting that this incident be reviewed.

  Cumberland St. Location, across from the Marina - They need to close the dining room. There were drunks passed out at the tables. They were drinking alcohol in plain view and yelling and swearing. One was throwing up in the waste container and the place smelled of urine. The staff have no support to deal with this mess and it was just renovated. This is not an exaggeration.

  Service was beyond awesome. Patricia took her time for my order and engaged in a very sincere conversation. There was no line up so it was ok. The food would’ve been great, but seeing many homeless people around, made my food taste bitter. My coffee tasted great. It also didn’t help that while eating another customer decided to burp very loud, which made me gag. Hence my rating.
