She went through the drive-thru and told them that they made her the wrong Burger, the manager was extremely rude and aggressive from the beginning asking if she had the receipt and she said no she just has the receipt on her phone because it was a mobile order he was refusing to give her the burger that she ordered which was just a plain burger. It was explained to the manager that the order was placed online and customized and she did not get it and she was willing to give back the one that they gave her and all she wanted was the burger that she ordered that was plain manager was very rude and would not take back the other burger or give her the burger that she had ordered

And when the worker handed me the bottle of milk, it was covered in filth and dust. I had to ask for a different one.
