I decided I wanted to get a Quarter Pounder with cheese today - figured something different with a simple request of no pickles but extra onion. Unfortunately they did not adhere to my request. I’m not allergic (thankfully) so I just plucked them off but honestly not impressed. Someone should be making sure that food is going out as per ordered.

We’ll probably not going here again, went to go pick up dinner on my way home and this is what I opened up.. my burger supposed to be a double quarter and there was only one patty, the fries yup what you see is what I got not even filled (yes I looked in the bag and none was in there).. and this is a $18.00 meal.. so I called up McDonalds where I purchased the food and spoke to the guy that was the manager and explained my issue (gave him the time I picked it up, my total and what I bought) and had mentioned to him the issue I had. The manager then asked me if I could come back to the store and I told him I wasn’t able to as I live quite a ways away and I was already home, he insisted that I bring back the item, after repeating again I was unable to. He then had told me that I was lying and I needed to bring it back for my issue to be fixed, I then again said I was unable to bring it back tonight and he insisted I bring it back the following day. I then mentioned to him how silly that was as it was my dinner, and gave me no other alternatives. I then asked him for head offices phone number as I wanted to make a formal complaint about how I was being treated on the phone and he then refused to give it to me and then told me that what he told me earlier were my only options. After asking him when another supervisor would be in he then told me he was the only person who would deal with my problem.. I’m so beyond frustrated and angry..
I had taken his name down and will be returning to the store tomorrow morning to speak with the manager then.

I ordered habanero mc chicken meal. following are the problems with my order
1. there was hair in my sandwich.
2. the sandwich was made incorrectly even after confirming thrice.
3. there was wait time of 5 mints even to order in drive through.
4. manager was so rude when we went to complain even after driving again not even feeling sorry and was super rude.

Worst service ever tonight i have came to drive thru but the boys on window or order taking have way worst behavior ever i have seen in my life it be like they dont work they can quit rather than yelling at customers i as what for the drive if customers has to go to the front to place order in the worst weather, reallyyy bad behavior
