  Ordered the Game Night Bundle through Uber Eats. The fries were okay, but the fried chicken was very soggy and didn’t seem fresh. After eating the chicken, I started experiencing food poisoning symptoms around 2 AM, including stomach cramps and diarrhea. I tried calling the restaurant around 12:30 PM today to address the situation, but no one picked up the call. I have reported the issue to Uber Eats and will also be filing a complaint with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit, as this is a serious food safety concern. I hope the restaurant looks into this so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

  Food was amazing and cheap.....I really love it when I can do dinner in a $20 bill..loved it snacker and sliders....love them don't take them away....

  My experience at the KFC on Arthur Street, Thunder Bay was extremely disappointing. The male employee present was disrespectful and unprofessional in his behavior. The level of cleanliness was also unacceptable for a restaurant, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The overall customer service was poor, and I did not feel comfortable ordering food. Management needs to take immediate action to improve staff conduct and sanitation. I would not recommend this location.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. The staff came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple questions about my order were met with impatience instead of assistance. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of how busy the store is. I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return to this location unless there are noticeable improvements in how customers are treated.

  Very disappointed with my experience at KFC Arthur Street, Thunder Bay. The male staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of that, the hygiene standards were very poor, which is unacceptable for a food place. Customer service was lacking, and I did not feel comfortable ordering or eating there. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and cleanliness. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
