When I called the store to politely ask about it, the phone was hanged on me and the tone was rude. Very disappointing experience. Hope the management reviews this and improves customer service and order accuracy.

Placed an order for pick up and was asked to wait 20 minutes at 8.45pm. There are just 2 employees and both are sitting, having fun. They aren't even working on my order right now. Isn't this location a fun place to work? They can't bring the order out instead asked me to drive thru again. Disgusting staffing out here.

No gloves were being worn while handling food, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism from the team. It was frustrating to watch — especially knowing how things should be done. Definitely not the level of service or food safety that KFC is known for.
