My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping they can actually get it right. Nope. Mobile orders are never ready and they only start making them when you go there to pick it up at the time that was selected for it to be ready for. Just a joke of a business.

The last time I was there I had to sit and wait for my food for 20 minutes. They either need to hire more people or figure out what's causing these long delays and fix the problem
