  I can’t say much about the atmosphere because I’ve only gone through the drive through but it is always a positive experience. Staff are friendly, fast, efficient and accurate with my order. I enjoy the vast selection on the menu and I can always find something to hit the spot.

  Arby's is by far the best fast food restaurant in Thunder Bay. They CONSISTENTLY prove that the food is good, service is wonderful, and I ALWAYS get what I ordered and how I ordered it. The other big chain fast food restaurant's will mess up your order or forget something, I can almost guarantee it. I don't even have to look in the bag to make sure everything is there. They have never let me down. The Manager, Joe, is excellent and clearly takes pride, as his employees are always so pleasent and competent in their work. I'll be returning again, that's for sure! Now WE have the meats 😆
