    Subject: Refusal of Service to Paying Customer This review is about an incident that occurred at this location on Nov 18 1AM. I was there picking up an Uber Eats delivery as part of my work. While I was there, I also attempted to place an order for my personal meal. The employee refused to serve me my personal order, stating that I am a courier and the delivery order is ready for pick-up. I would like to clarify that my personal order is separate from the delivery, and I am a paying customer. Refusing service on this basis is not acceptable, and I would appreciate it if your staff is reminded that couriers are allowed to place personal orders while picking up deliveries. This will also be reported to Mcdonalds Corporate. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this can be addressed to prevent future misunderstandings.

    The staff members don’t care about the customers, they are always busy in talking with there own members and don’t carry about the taking orders or delivering the orders.. I noticed numbers of time . But today m going to write a review.. totally unsatisfied with there services.

    Great new location, usually clean and quick service. They really need to stop trying to pass these off as large fries though. Dont get fries often, but every time I do, they look like this. Cant justify spending $6-$7 on a half-full product.

    Will never go back. Hard to tell if first window is open to take payment, sometimes yes sometimes no hard to tell when person doesnt even acknowledge ur there. Pulled up to second window and was met with a very rude lady telling me they only serve one customer at a time and I'm lucky that her till wasn't locked. Shame on you. Couldnt eat fries very salty.
