  This location is not organized at all. I never stop for breakfast, since they have opened 24 hours I have stopped twice, 5:30 am or a little later, only to be told they only have coffee and muffins, well that is Tim Hortons gig. This morning I passed 2 McDonald's restaurants, but decided to wait and stop in Springwater, that way my food would still be at least warm when I got to work, well no food just coffee and muffins, I have never once stopped at any other establishment for breakfast and told they only had muffins and coffee, including Tim Hortons. You need to do better. I work in a very large factory in Alliston with many coworkers that commute from Barrie, and no doubt any of them that stopped this morning were a little angry.

  This place never gets orders right. My last order was the best! Ordered two egg muffins, the first was just a bun and the second had no meat on it! Then it took about a half hour to get replacements! Avoid this location!

  I went through drive-thru, got a coffee with muffin, and it was an awesome experience. There was a guy with specs, named rabeen, wanna give a shout out to that guy for giving such a great service and got everything within 2 minutes. Great experience.

  Used to be ok but now we’ve had several times in a row where we ordered delivery and a family member has had a patty missing from a burger.

  I arrived and had to wait several minutes for someone to come take my order and there was only one other customer in store. Then when it came time to pay they didn’t accept my cash which is all I had.
