  Few times got bad food but tolerate it. Today staff said that they are closing, but before coming I checked the schedule and it said that they are working till 10pm, and they suppose to. But, unfortunately, staff made us leave somewhere around 8:50 pm. That is just disappointing.

  Price is very reasonable and portions are decent. Cant go wrong with their rotisserie chicken with gravy.

  Unacceptable! They cancelled my order because the driver had a bad experience with people that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ME!!! He said every time the driver comes the person receiving the order doesn’t want to pay or the receiver is inappropriate with the driver and trying to seduce him… I was offended they would accuse us of this and I stand by this when I say we do NOT have employees at our establishment that act in such a way! Our employees are classy, polite and very dignified. I see orders coming to this place from many different restaurants every single day and no one has ever had an issue here. I strongly believe this Swiss chalet is confusing us with the establishment next door that has the same address but a different unit number. When I asked them what the name of the spa is and the unit number they delivered to they couldn’t even tell me… so this means they can’t even confirm if they are accusing the right location or not! I’m very much aware of how they conduct themselves next door and I can agree they are terrible… BUT WHY SHOULD WE BE PUNISHED FOR SOMETHING SOMEONE ELSE DID? Sadly when they called to tell me they were cancelling, it was my old phone number attached to the file as I forgot to update it. But they told me they would not send the driver even if I did place the order again. So now everyone in our business cannot order here because the business next door is giving this area a bad reputation and they are judging us based on how THEY conduct themselves. They are just banning every spa in this plaza because they are categorizing us to be all the same. I love Swiss chalet and have always supported because I used to work here when I was in college but I will never ever support this particular location again. If you want to be treated like trash then this is the place to go.

  Our waitress Sonia was very warm and kind. Loved the service and vibes we got during our lunch today. The chicken was well seasoned and super tender. It’s been a while since we had Swiss Chalet and I was very pleased with how yummy it was! The chicken spring rolls are a must!

  Went for thanksgiving dinner to use the 2 can dine coupon, got the house salad for one of the sides; the salad dressing and everything was good until eating a little bit of the salad I found a ladybug in it. Server said she would get the manager but manager never came and the server ended up just replacing my entire plate of food. Server wasn’t the most attentive also forgot the extra chalet sauce we ordered and when it came to pay the bill she claimed the baked potato soup and the chicken noodle soup were the same price (we initially wanted the baked potato soup but they ran out so we went with the chicken noodle soup) so the server charged us an extra $3… rather than try to give us any compensation for what happened with the ladybug incident. My partner has always gotten takeout and there was never an issue, only this one time we decided to dine in
