    I’ve had papa johns before and it was my favourite pizza. This tasted like they thawed out frozen pizza and reheated it… will never order from this location again

    The pizza wasn’t cooked well. The guy working there wasn’t helpful at all. I won’t be coming to this branch again.

    If i could give this place 0 stars, I will in a heartbeat. Sent my 12 year old brother, he walks there and orders a pizza they tell him come back in 30 minutes, he walks back in 30 minutes they tell him we need another 45 minutes, he goes back in 45 and they tell him they need more time, they give him 2 free slices for compensation. He comes back 10 minutes later and they go "oh yeah we gave u two slices we did not know you want a pizza". I go back by myself to talk to them, the 3 men working, (for the owner seeing this, it was 3 indian men) they start arguing with me saying they gave 2 slices trying to kick me out. They took advantage of a little boy and in the end the pizza only took 6 minutes after I got upset. Absolutely unbelievable customer service. Awful place.

    Food packaging is not good for delivery orders. I asked the employee to put the drinks in a bag as customer doesnot like the drivers to touch their drinks while delivering. That employee got mad and gave me negative rating for pick door dash order. I would appreciate if you guys improve packaging and do like other stores.

    Great food I loved it nice and clean inside. Ten minute wait. But no chairs yo have to eat on the curb so that sucks but if you eat it elsewhere 10/10 but at the place 6/10. Please put some chairs go sit
