I always order the garlic breadsticks. They are so good I Uber Eats them last night and they came fully dry. I paid $16 for bread. Obviously this is not an Uber issue as it’s a food quality issue I’m not usually upset about my food but paying $16 for bread I was a little upset I went to the store tonight just to show them a photo of the food and let them know about the quality, I don’t really care about getting a refund. I care that the food is good. First, I came to one guy that greeted me at the front told him the situation and he stated that he is new here and will get someone else. Another guy comes over. and tells me the garlic sticks where just bread with nothing on them and he stated it is because it was really busy yesterday so I asked him the quality of the food is bad because it was busy? I know this isn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things but I choose where I eat. I pay money to eat. I’m not sure if things being busy means you can just give someone $16 bread when they payed for garlic bread.
