It came with a book AND toy! The music was amazing and I know some of the songs. We will DEFINITELY be here again. One last thing, I actually got three sauces.

Today i came here around 12:40 am and it was one of the busiest days I’ve experienced here, yet the crew handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. Despite the rush, they were not rude or frustrated with customers. Instead, they continued to interact politely, smiled when possible, and repeatedly apologized for any inconvenience caused by the long wait. I truly felt sorry for the crew working tonight, as they were clearly under a lot of pressure. Situations like this highlight the need for better support and planning from management and higher-ups, such as ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. The staff did their best under difficult circumstances, and their positive attitude and customer service deserve recognition. I hope the store owner and management take note and provide better support for such busy periods.

There is NO reason I should be waiting 20 minutes in line for an iced coffee, muffin, and breakfast sandwich, only to be given the wrong items (reg coffee instead of sugar free and a sandwich on pancakes (?) instead of the normal sandwich bread.
