The manager, in particular, seems to have no interest in providing good customer service. She made me wait over 35 minutes to receive my delivery order, even though it was already ready. She prioritized the long line of drive-thru customers and then the line at the counter, leaving the delivery drivers waiting. This is unacceptable. The lack of efficiency and organization in the delivery service is a major issue. I will not order from here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame because the food is good, but the customer service is terrible.

- MMMarkNov 12, 20254.0Nov2025: my favourite McDonalds in the GTA. Well maintained and decent service. My preferred time to visit this location is the early morning, between 6-8am, when there is readily available seating and you can chill out and enjoy your coffee and breakfast.
