  Went to McDonald’s and got a root beer drive thru and at the bottom of my cup there’s this black residue and not from the drink You can rub it idk what it is but what the heck is McDonald giving me And I go to this McDonald’s usually it’s the closest one

  Yesterday, I ordered two decaf coffees at this McDonald's in Thornhill. I told them I had my own mug for one, but they served both in plastic cups. When I asked them to pour my coffee into my mug because I didn't want a plastic cup, the staff said McDonald's only uses their own plastic cups for safety reasons. I already paid, but I was so angry that I just walked away without my coffee. Don't Tim Hortons and Starbucks all pour their coffee into their own mugs these days due to environmental concerns? I'm amazed that a company as big as McDonald's seems to care so little about the environment and waste. I wonder if there's any safety concern about pouring coffee into customers' mugs. Is it dangerous because a five-year-old is pouring it? I will never buy coffee from McDonald's again.Poor customer service!

  There is a rude and disrespectful manager at night shift called Bema some thing like that, so with my drive turu order i asked 2 ketchup and they didn't put it so i ordered something again and i went to drive turu and gave the code after 5 minutes waiting she is saying why you didn't give the code at the mic (which i did) and after all of that with a really bad attitude telling me I can't give you the order its something for morning why did you order it? And i said because it was available what are you talking about ? And then again with A Rude attitude asking me what do you want that one will getting canceled , and i said nothing as i should. l if you read this listen to me , if you hate your job that much to not talk to customers and being helpful then leave your job. Respect is the first thing you must show to your customer

  This used to be our favourite McDonald's to go to but now safety is a huge concern. An elderly woman was almost assaulted in the parking lot at night by an aggressive road rage driver after her parking spot... A lot of homeless people sleeping over night... My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time and the food is not bad. However because of the area this place is not family friendly and should have security guards at night.
