  Absolutely terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. And from the looks of the other reviews of customers posting their experience, it seems others feel the same way. This location is a mess from start to finish. The service was unbelievably slow even though there was no one else there, and the staff acted like helping customers was a burden. No effort or basic courtesy. Pretty much just people who looked like they hated their job. I mean I would too if I worked for the manager responding to the other reviews. After waiting a long time my order was wrong, and instead of fixing it properly, I was met with attitude and eye-rolling. Sorry but if I am paying these high prices, I want what I actually ordered. Honestly, it felt like the person working there did not care at all. I’ve been reading other reviews, and it seems this is a consistent trend. Even more disgusting is the way the manager responds - dismissive, defensive, and completely clueless about basic customer relations. He clearly needs serious personal relations training. I wonder if corporate sees these comments… just so degrading and rude. The reviews from the other DQ stores are so much better and if there is a negative review, it is not responded to like the manager of this store replies. This location desperately needs a complete overhaul in both service and quality. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. I will never be coming back. I would rather drive a bit further than come to this location again.

  Worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a mini blizzard and it didn’t show up in their system. Even after 25 minutes, she would not give me my order, even though I had already paid for it. I do not appreciate this false response you just left, I absolutely did not yell at The employee there, I said you could even review security footage and you said you would not be doing that, Because you know she is not being truthful. I in fact, have shopped at your location before and spent money there, As well as other locations. If you had actually looked at your records, if it even shows that you would see it. You in fact did not show me evidence that I was refunded. I have email confirmation of the order and I never once received any emails that informed me that my order was canceled. I am leaving my feedback to warn others of this and that if they want a good experience they should perhaps go elsewhere. I do not wish to be contacted about this matter anymore from your location. When I contacted head office to discuss this matter, I do not appreciate getting another phone call from you.Have a good day.

  Very disappointed with this location. I purchased a chocolate sundae that tasted off and immediately reported it, leaving the uneaten ice cream with the staff. I was not offered a remake or replacement and was told to contact the manager for a refund. The manager dismissed my concern and closed the complaint because no one else had complained that day. Poor customer service and no accountability. Would not recommend. Seems to be an ongoing complaint at this location. Lack of customer service. I recommend management to educate their employees not to promise refunds by a manger and have a sign that states no refunds allowed.

  I’m not someone who ever likes to leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Dairy Queen really surprised me. The ice cream itself was good, but the service was very poor. The server was on her phone FaceTiming when I approached the counter and told me I needed to wait until she finished her call. I could understand if this was an emergency, but the context definitely did not warrant a phone call during work hours. When she finally took my order, the entire cone was wet and covered in chocolate. Instead of offering a cup, napkins, or any kind of solution, she told me there was “nothing she could do” and refused to give me a tray—even though there were trays sitting right behind her. I left feeling like she genuinely didn’t want my business. Very disappointing experience. I left feeling quite upset.
