    Excellent customer service. I enjoyed the sundae icecream marshmallow flavour. The lady at the front counter by the name of NAV was super friendly and polite. Thanks for the nice service.

    Had a birthday to celebrate and picked up a beautiful ice cream cake. Delicious. But this was the first time in my lifetime that I have seen freezers with locks on them. Found that strange for a Dairy Queen. Classic cake was $50 which is not bad for a birthday cake.

    Every time I ask for a spoon they never give it. Ridiculous at this point. So now you're lying. Now I'll take my business elsewhere. Maybe you should not lie to customers

    This is the absolute worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. I asked for a simple substitution of caramel instead of fudge and was told it would be an additional charge of $1.50. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're looking to visit a store where the customer comes last, then you should visit this location. If not, avoid it like the plague. Edit: After reading other reviews for this location it's become apparent that the owner/manager of this location is incompetent and should look to get out of business and get themselves a 9-5 job. To be so blatantly oblivious to the problems of your business and not offer solutions to your customers when they report an issue is entrepreneurial malpractice. Take a good look in the mirror and either correct the issues with your store or sell your franchise to someone who is better equipped to run a business.
