  Today, I dined out for supper with my family. When placing our order, I specifically requested that everything be prepared fresh. The staff initially mentioned they had pre-cooked chicken ready from about 20 minutes earlier, but I insisted I could wait for it to be made fresh. After a brief back-and-forth, they agreed and said they were just breading the chicken. I returned to the table and waited around 15-20 minutes. When the food arrived, it was cold. The staff claimed it was fresh, but that clearly wasn't the case. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn't meet my expectations.

  Stopped in and picked up lunch. Good service and minimal amount of wait time. KFC chicken and fries were still hot.

  Do not go here, all I ordered was a wrap and two sliders. One in house customer ahead of me, no drive thru. Two online orders ahead. Order took 22 min to get. No apologies for the wait or anything
