The staff initially mentioned they had pre-cooked chicken ready from about 20 minutes earlier, but I insisted I could wait for it to be made fresh. After a brief back-and-forth, they agreed and said they were just breading the chicken. I returned to the table and waited around 15-20 minutes. When the food arrived, it was cold. The staff claimed it was fresh, but that clearly wasn't the case. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn't meet my expectations.
