  Very disappointed with this location. My order was wrong. The staff blamed me for ordering incorrectly when they clearly have a language barrier. The back staff laughed and all circled together when remaking my order. Then when I received it the burger was barley cooked and very greasy. I never make reviews or complain but this was unreal. 😔

  Brutal experience at this location. Made to wait 15 minutes for food when i was able to walk right up to counter and order. Multiple people getting there food before me while walking in 10 min after me. While waiting half my order sat out in the open getting cold. I ordered 2 bigmacs and one quarter pounder with no special requests. Aftet 15-20 min I had enough and got a refund which itself took 5 mins. So no food and wasted about 20 min of my life that i will never get back. Good job mcdonalds you have lost a customer for life. I will never ever go back to a restaurant that charges this much for food and gives such terrible terrible service.

  The employees here need to figure out how to understand basic English When I call with a question about having a certain item as it’s a promotional item don’t tell me yes you got them have me waste my lunch break and my gas only to find out you in fact did not have it at this time then I get told sorry it was a miscommunication from the manager that’s not a miscommunication that’s you just not understanding what we are asking for, There is a big difference! The manger couldn’t even offer a meal for wasting my time when she was the employee who told me they have them over the phone in the first place !! Clearly Ronald McDonald isn’t the only clown your establishment has around! If you can’t even understand the customer you shouldn’t be in the service industry!

  I went to the Walmart location simply for a quarter pounder and a fries> First of all the machine failed to produce my receipt then when they called my number I picked up my order and went home. Upon arriving home I found no napkins in the bag and no fries. The total order was $12 and ended up for just the burger. I wasn't about to go back to the store for my fries as I had no receipt which the machine failed to produce. Never ordering food from that SH again.
