  Went this morning for a coffee before work. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, which isn't horrible. They gave me my food and told me to pull up because my latte wasn't ready. Sat pulled uo for another 10 minutes before I finally went inside to get my latte. It was then that they told me the machine was broken. They were nice and offered me something else, then a free coffee when I denied it, but I was going to be late to work and I was over it.

  Terrible service! Can't even get an orange juice right, watered down so much it's orange colored water...zero flavor. That's two orders in a row now where they have disappointed. My last order the burger looked like it was shaken up inside the box and I had to reassemble it. Will not be back again. McDonald's has gone way down hill from what it used to be...it used to be a reasonable fast food place. Perhaps it's time that they start revoking franchises from owners who cannot meet the basic standards. These people are degrading the McDonald's reputation all around.

  I guess they just gave my food away didnt call my number or anything. Stood and waited and after 20min I finally ask and the nice new canadian says she dont care. I will never order from this location again.

  Ill start by saying that McDonalds is deffinately not what it used to be. Its deffinately gotten way more expensive even for the cheap food. Unfortunately they get the orders messed up more often than not. Multiple times they forget good that we ordered, and then its a hassle to drive back through the drive thru, behind everyone else when I should be gone already. Complaining to head office hardly does anything, they might send you a little coupon for your troubles, that expires a month after you get it in the mail.
